Reviews and Ratings
The Ridge is a cozy place to stay, with a variety of spacious suites that feel like home. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the overall layout of our unit. However, we faced some challenges with ventilation since there was no air conditioning, which made for an uncomfortable stay during warm weather. While the service was fantastic, certain aspects of the accommodation could use a little updating.
My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The location is convenient for outdoor activities and offers access to hiking trails, while the hot tub is a nice touch. However, the overall service was a letdown, as it felt like the staff was overwhelmed and uninterested. The room could have used better maintenance and amenities, which detracted from the experience.
Our stay at The Ridge was a mix of wonderful moments and disappointing experiences. We loved the spacious suite that felt like a home away from home, especially with plenty of room for our family. However, the service was hit or miss, and there were noticeable issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, the resort has great potential but needs some attention to restore its charm.
I had a great time at this resort during my December getaway. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially with the sleep number beds, which I really appreciated. The location was convenient for accessing ski areas but required some outdoor walking to get around the main amenities. While the gym and pool facilities were enjoyable, I did encounter some service issues, particularly regarding the responsiveness of staff. Overall, it was a satisfying experience with a few minor drawbacks.
